Custom Moulding
Whether your moulding is a stock pattern or custom architectural profile, R.A.V. Millwork & Supply is your moulding headquarters. With our CAD program we have over 1,500 profiles on file. If you want to duplicate your moulding and we don't have it on file, we will custom grind a knife for you.
Set Up Charges: All items marked * in our catalog are stock mouldings and do not have a set-up charge. There is a $50 set-up charge for non-stocked items.
Custom Knife Grinding Charge: If you request a custom moulding that requires a knife to be cut to create it, there is a $25/per inch charge. For example, if you require a knife be cut for a 5 inch wide baseboard moulding, the charge would be $125.
State-of-the-Art Equipment & Experienced Staff
In our millshop we utilize top of the line Weinig Moulders to maximize efficiency and quality. Our moulder operators check ever order to ensure quality. Upon delivery, your order will be shrink-wrapped on the ends of the moulding to ensure safe transportation.

Free Sample Box of Moulding
We offer a free sample box of mouldings to our customers. The box contains over 70 profiles. If you're within our local delivery area we will deliver one for free upon your request. If you're not in our delivery zone, all you have to do is pay for shipping and we will gladly get you a box our right away.
Lengths of Moulding
All moulding is sold as random lengths between 8-16 ft. Specified lengths are available as stocked. All reasonable efforts will be made to minimize overages on orders. Always allow yourself enough footage to cover your trim waste when you place your order.
